Booking conditions

Check-in will take place from 14:00 until 23:00. Late arrivals can be accepted with prior notice.
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old, except for minors accompanied by a family member.
Please contact us with your estimated time of arrival at the hostel. When booking directly with us, an early check-in may be granted, subject to availability.
Check-out is until 12:00 (noon) at the latest.
Free cancellation up to five days before check-in, starting on the day of arrival at 00:00 (midnight).
On arrival at the hostel, on the day of check-in, the remaining amount of the reservation will be paid.
In case of no show on the day of arrival (no show), the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
In the event of an early departure, the amount of the days not used will not be refunded.
Room allocation will be made at the time of arrival, depending on the availability of rooms on that day.
Guests must show a valid identity document upon check-in.
In order to guarantee the rest and well-being of our guests, no parties are allowed in the rooms, nor are people who are not registered in the hostel allowed to enter.
The establishment may retain the belongings and effects brought by the client into the establishment until such time as the contracted services are actually paid for (art. 1866 of the Civil Code).
For safety and security reasons, visitors are not allowed to visit the rooms or to use the rooms by persons not registered with the establishment.
In case of cancellation of the reservation without penalty, the amount will be refunded by the same method of payment used by the customer. In the event that as a result of the refund there are additional charges, such as transfer costs or others, they will be borne by the customer.
By signing this document, I authorise the establishment to charge my credit/debit card for all services enjoyed during my stay at the establishment and which have not been duly paid for.
The fact of staying in this establishment implies the acceptance of these general conditions, as well as the specific conditions included in the tourist accommodation contract.
I undertake to comply with and enforce the provisions contained in Law 28/2005 of 26 December 2005.
